It is. Body, Mind and Spirit. It is a gift to all aspects of your packaging. It is not hard and your body will thank you. Begin with basic stretches that you do every single day, either before bed or as you awaken. It focuses you and transforms you. Makes the machine and mind work better - keeps you in sync. Not bullshit, reality. If you think people do this practice for 8,000 years - some of the most practical humans on this earth, I might add, THINK AGAIN. It works.
See now I need to swap out one of my bootcamp’s for this, it’ll fix my posture and help my asthma out.
