One of these days I’m gonna get off my ass and get my life. Yoga seems like it is the shit.

It is. Body, Mind and Spirit. It is a gift to all aspects of your packaging. It is not hard and your body will thank you. Begin with basic stretches that you do every single day, either before bed or as you awaken. It focuses you and transforms you. Makes the machine and mind work better - keeps you in sync. Not bullshit, reality. If you think people do this practice for 8,000 years - some of the most practical humans on this earth, I might add, THINK AGAIN. It works.

See now I need to swap out one of my bootcamp’s for this, it’ll fix my posture and help my asthma out.

Who says you cannot do both alternately? Actually you know this as a medical professional. For your body to work it needs you to switch things up. It is such a fabulous machine and ready to respond that it gets bored easily and then does not move or change unless you shake it up and when it thinks it gets what you are doing and balances out, you jar it into another aspect of a health routine and you gain from that.

I’ve been doing boot camp,step/core,kickboxing,and cardio sculpt for nearly 3 months now but I’d swap out the last class for yoga if I could find a Thursday or Friday one.
